Amanda Reed

Amanda has joined Kirkhams with a wealth of experience. She qualified as a solicitor in 2002 whilst working at Dwyers Solicitors in Tameside, achieving Partnership status very early in her career. 

Amanda headed the Residential Conveyancing Department but, to our gain, decided to leave Dwyers in January 2026, thus ending a journey of over 30 years – an increasingly rare situation these days and one that demonstrates her loyalty and commitment. 

Recently appointed as President of the Tameside Rotary, Amanda devotes her professional time solely to residential conveyancing for homeowners, investors and portfolio investors. She is assisted by Tracey Foy, who is an experienced Legal Assistant. 

 Outside of work, Amanda spends most of her time being a gym mum to her son and loves nothing better than shopping for shoes!
