Power of Attorney

A lasting power of attorney, also known as an LPA, is a legal document that ensures everything is as you wish should you fall into a situation where you are unable to make your own decisions.

Preparing a Lasting Power of Attorney can be quite daunting for all those involved. We at Kirkham Legal are sensitive to these issues and will provide you with expert guidance and support. If a person has lost mental capacity and is therefore unable to prepare an LPA, we can advise you of the rules and procedures of the Court of Protection.
